- Food highlights: Locally sourced pork belly, craft beers, fresh fish dishes, and desserts that are as beautiful as they are delicious.
- Pro tip: Check their Instagram story highlights for a full walkthrough of their holiday decorations—they’re magical!
2. Hargadon Bros (Hargadon’s)
A Michelin-starred pub and restaurant, Hargadon Bros is the epitome of quality and sustainability.

- Must-try: Seafood straight from shore to door, epic burgers, and classic Irish staples paired with Guinness.
We loved it so much we returned multiple times!
3. Anderson’s Grill & Bar
Nestled along the river and adorned with string lights, Anderson’s is perfect for casual dining with a view.

4. Sweet Beat Sligo
This plant-based cafe is as colorful as it is delicious.

5. Le Fournil Bakery
Though we didn’t have time to try this bakery, it looked absolutely charming from the outside. A stop here is a must for anyone with a sweet tooth!
6. Jalan Jalan
This Asian fusion spot was always bustling and beautifully decorated. We didn’t get a chance to visit this time, but it’s high on our list for next time.
